Arquà Petrarca is also unspoiled nature and extraordinary landscapes. Some places, over time, have become true icons of the Euganean Hills, vantage points from which to admire the beauty of the area and discover its environmental richness.

Between these, the well-known Pianoro del Mottolone, with its open view of the hills and the plain, is one of the most photographed points of the Regional Park, a perfect place to let yourself be enveloped by the Euganean quiet. The Monte Piccolo, with its paths immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, offers unforgettable views of Arquà and the surrounding hills. Finally, the Lago della Costa, in addition to being an oasis of biodiversity, has a unique historical and archaeological value: important remains from the Bronze Age have been found here and, even today, from its waters the thermal mud used in the renowned Abano and Montegrotto spas is extracted.

Visiting these places means getting in touch with the most authentic soul of the Euganean Hills, among panoramas, history and nature in perfect balance.
